<span style="color:red;background-color:#fcc;">Greaseless Hash browns<br />2 ½c peeled and diced potatoes<br />2c chicken or beef broth<br />1/2c green onions<br />1/2c green bell pepper<br />2tbsp onion powder<br />2tbsp Italian seasoning<br />1tbsp garlic powder<br />1/2tsp salt<br />1/4tsp black pepper<br />1/4c Kraft reduced fat parmesan cheese<br />Cooking spray<br />Broil potatoes and bell peppers inside broth until tender. Spray frying pan with cooking spray. Use slotted spoon to transfer potatoes from sauce pan to frying pan. Add green onions, green bell pepper, onion powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. On low to medium heat keep turning and spraying cooking spray into pan every 30 seconds for a total of five minutes. Remove from pan onto plate then sprinkle the cheese over top.</span><br />]]></description>

I have chosen not to eat bread. I call it the double whammy because of the bleached flour and the high fructose corn syrup in it. Bleached flour slows down your metabolism and it blocks your body from getting its proper nutritions. And your intestines can't digest it.<br />After they sweeten you up causing you to become diabetic then they give you high blood pressure with all that salt then give you a heart attack with all that fat eventually in beef.<br /> is<span style="color:red;background-color:#fcc;"> interested.
